While we employ hundreds of people and work with dozens of customers, we don’t want to lose a small business or family feel. We want to know people by their names and know more about them than just their job. We want relationships.

Trade Team encourages all of its employees to treat each other as they themselves would want to be treated. The company does not have tolerance for employees being disrespectful toward others.

Nothing is more crucial to Trade Team than keeping our family safe. In fact, we are known for offering safety trainings that go above and beyond the already strict requirements of our customers. We also employ several experienced safety supervisors who work with our customers and employees on the job to ensure safe work environments.
